“2.2 And in furtherance of the principal object, the Organization shall have the following ancillary objects and powers:

2.2.1 To promote climate action by advocating for policies and practices that drive significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions across all sectors, foster Renewable Energy by supporting and facilitating the transition to renewable energy sources and adoption, at local and national levels.

2.2.2 Working from the established office in Nairobi, ZeroEco shall aim to alleviate poverty and create gender equity by empowering women and youth in income generating activities on climate action and environment conservation,”

2.2.3 To promote healthy living in communities as part of climate action initiatives by integrating environmental sustainability with public health goals through comprehensive outreach program.

2.2.4 To conduct activities such as Training, Research, Workshops, Awareness Program, and outreach activities to further the mission of the organization.

2.2.5 To monitor and measure impact by tracking and reporting progress towards climate action, poverty reduction, healthy living, and environmental conservation, thereby ensuring transparency and accountability in all initiatives.

“2.2.6 To collaborate with governmental, non-governmental, and international organizations to further the goals of the Organization.

2.2.7 To take such steps by personal or written appeals, private meetings, Radio talk shows, Roadside Talk shows, dissemination of brochures, public meetings or representations to Parliament, government entities and other bodies as may be deemed expedient to promote any of the objects of the Organization.

2.2.8 To raise, secure and utilize funds for the attainment of any or all objects of the Organization, and to do such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of these objects.

2.2.9 To maintain confidentiality, accountability and timely reporting.”
